NOTE- Additionally, you may control the form's access level by selecting the "Responses" tab and one of the available options, such as "Anyone with the link can respond" or "Only people in my organization can respond."

These steps can be used to share a Google Form with team members:

1. Open the Google Forms form you want to share.

2. In the upper right corner of the page, click the "More" button.

3. Choose "Add Collaborators."

4. Enter the email addresses of the people you wish to collaborate with in the Collaborate window.

5. Determine to what extent you wish to grant each partner access. They can have access to Edit or View.

6. Press "Send."

NOTE- The collaborators will receive an email including a link to the form and information about the amount of access you have granted them. If you have granted them edit access, they will be able to make changes to the form and view the responses. They will only be able to see the responses if you have granted them view access.

You can include as many questions as you want for free in a Google Form. There are no restrictions on how many questions you can add to your form or how many replies you may gather. However, if you use your free account a lot, Google can cap the number of responses you receive.
Additionally, Google Forms has a file upload size limit of 10MB per response and a daily sending limit of 2,000 emails. Keep in mind that there is also a maximum number of cells in a Google Sheet (2 million) that can be created by a form, so if you are expecting more responses you should export the responses frequently or use a different tool to store the data.

There are several methods for detecting cheating on a Google Form:

2. Randomize the order of the questions on the form so that students cannot discuss responses with one another.

3. Use several copies of the form: You can make many versions of the form, each with a distinct set of questions or answer options, and then assign one to each student.

4. IP constraints: You can enable IP restrictions on the form, limiting access to a certain IP address or range of IP addresses.

5. Turn on the 'Collect email address' option to see the email address of the person who completed the form. If numerous students use the same email address, it could indicate that they are cheating.
